Isla
Fresia is specially suited for bow hunting. Treestands
and ground level hides are located strategically,
allowing the hunter a good approach to obtain adequate
shooting distance under most wind and weather conditions.
The bow hunter will find a good number of red stags,
fallow deer, and mouflon sheep. Going for wild goat
with a bow is particularly interesting as it may
require the hunter to go into more mountainous terrain
including some rock climbing. We keep wild turkeys
exclusively for bow hunters. Bowhunting packages
have been prepared taking into consideration the
number of hunters and trophy quality. Request

Hunting season for
red stag and Fallow deer starts in March and lasts
until the end of southern hemisphere winter. Best
for deer is during the rut, which is at the end
of March and early April. Mouflons and wild goats
can be taken all year round. Wild turkey preferably
in spring time.
Our property is
solely dedicated to hunting activity. All hunts
are free range, no fenced areas. We have plenty
animals so the hunter will soon be exposed to any
of our species. Specific success is variable with
the season, day time, weather and particularly the
hunters ability to succeed an approach into shooting
distance.
